Hey guys. I have always wanted to do a tournament, however most are restricted like capt up, or the last one i saw was like indian players only. So I decided to try and organize one. The rule is you have to be noob level 14 or under. it will be supremacy. i will be looking for at least 16 people. (4 brackets of 4) but would like 24.contact me if you want to be in it. i will look people up to make sure there are no smurfs etc. pretty much the people who are assigned to play each other would just have to play each other on their own time within a the week. and post on here who won with the link to the ELO. i will draw up a bracket once i get people. The championship game me and my friend will (you don't know us caus we're noobs) will narrate. the winner will be the greatest of all noobs! few rules.

1 Single elimination

2 i will seed based on rank

3 high seed plays low seed in first round

4 if we only get 16 people the most games one person will play is 4 (including championship) you can only use the same civ twice. 

5 I will take input on this one. do you think no lamer civs (Iro,India, Japan?) or do you guys not really care

6 Pretty much all prior games you can play whatever rules you want. but the championship game is no warships

umm im level 15 but havent played sup in weeks...is that ok? and yeah no op civs (otto iro india japs) and if ur gonna do a rule on the use of a civ i would suggest either doing it same civ the whole time or each civ only once 

im level 13. so in. lol. jayvee just point trade to your rank down to 14 XD jk ryzon bans

um. well i don't want everyone to have to be same civs. caus what if one guy is russia and gets to the championship and the other guy aztec? that  would be gay. lol. and i know some people are proficient with 2-3 civs only. i will see what more ppl think nothings set in stone. idk about 15 i'll check out you online (lol not in creepy way) i'll let you play for sure if i have trouble getting people ok?

yeah, this would give me a reason to login to ESO again.

lol no you have to win. how about the two 15's play each other first round? seems fair to me

I'm in. No Iro, India, Ottos, or Japs sounds good to me. Aaand I don't like how you can't use a civ more than twice, :/

That would just make the match a case of whoever can hit the resign button quickly enough.

Some celebrity endorsement like TacticalWillie should be cool. He is a legend with so many OP strategies that keep us nuubs forever and always.

Speaking of willie, if he enters the tournament you do realize he will cream all the noobs like me, right?
