Hi everybody.

I've started playing AoE3 on ESO two days ago. Long time ago I've played it vs AI and against my friend via LAN.

I've noticed that lots of players have lvl 100+ of their home city. How do they get such high level? I understand that they play AoE3 for a long time, but their rank isn't very high.

Now I have 22 lvl home city. My rank is sergeant. Is there any trick to get higher level for my home city?

comp stomping gives u xp but no rank when u do that online (so just open a match and put in comps not people and u still get xp for HC just not lvl).

the u do that a bunch and it helps u praqctice and eventually one HC becomes say lvl 70 then u make more HC and they all become lvl 70. by favoring one and compstomping with it u gain the xp but still low rank and high hc

Playing vs comp is more boring than treaty games :(

Now I am being constantly kicked from noob games because of the rank. How is the rank determined?

adn okay. didnt know only certain lvls i didt compstomp my hc's so didnt have exact numbers

True. Already tired of FF. Looking for other tactics available.

Don't remember. About 20-25 games, 50% won.

good responses here but don't increase the level of you home city -- keep it 24 and lower -- this increases your PR (rank) faster.  Everyone wants and brags about rank and you'll get it alot faster with a 'tier 2' (level 11-24) home city than tier 3 (25 and higher).

Do this with strategy, tactics and skill and one day you might make general like me.

good responses here but don't increase the level of you home city -- keep it 24 and lower -- this increases your PR (rank) faster.  Everyone wants and brags about rank and you'll get it alot faster with a 'tier 2' (level 11-24) home city than tier 3 (25 and higher).

Do this with strategy, tactics and skill and one day you might make general like me.

Imo PR doesn't determine how Gud u are. The ELO is the most accurate. Nubbashers and point traders ELO will suck while ppl that play harder enemy will be high.
