When you are in a game with other players you are in a peer-to-peer network, so an expert at networking and malware authorship might be able to gain access your computer for nefarious purposes. However, I don't think you have much to worry about from the kids who play this game mainly because they think it funny to troll by mouthing slurs and threatening bans and hacks.

If this happens again, take a screen-shot by pressing Prt Scr, paste it to Paint, then save it as a .JPG file and mail it as an attachment to Age3Support@Microsoft.com. Threatening to hack someone's computer is not only a violation of the Code of Conduct, it's a crime in most countries. I'm sure Ryz0n will not take it lightly if you present him with definitive proof.

Just don't go to any links or download anything if you are not completely trustworthy of the source.  The biggest issue with people who think they've had their accounts 'hacked' is simply because they gave out their password or let others log into their account.  Simply utilize ESO the way it was designed and maintain basic security behavior and you shouldn't have an issue.  As metis said, people attempt to utilize the 'threat' of hacking as a fear tool.  I haven't yet to see any legitimate users get their computer 'hacked' simply by talking to people / playing on ESO.

 sometimes i just don't understand why people would get crazy if they loose. Saying some offensive thing wouldnt make you win..

I'll just simply pest them so i can ignore them from now on and there shouldnt be any problem.

Its good to know eso still has people who can halp you if you have any problem.
