Hello, Im new here to forums anyways i have looked through the forums i have googled my problem and i still cant find a solution My problem is that i cannot login to my account to play online.. i got to say so far i love the game despite it being old but im very dissapointed with the customer support.

 Long story short i bought the game a couple days ago first i made my account i played online for a bit. Later that day, I tried signing in  and my password would not work im 100% sure iam entering my password correctly i have tried using the Eos tools to reset my password and nothing happens... i never recieved the email with the reset intructions... i have sent numerous emails to the support email (microsoft) and have not got a response yet its been almost a week, yes i have kept it short so it doesnt get caught in the spam filter... i have provided my product ID, my username .. honestly i dont know what to do anymore i really want to enjoy my game online so i can play with the rest of my friends...i guess what i am asking if a moderator can please help me i can provide everything to prove purchase.

So did you buy the game a couple days ago or a week ago? There is a bit of a difference.

Ryz0n is the only person doing support, so there may be a backlog. Just be patient, he will get to you and get it resolved (probably soon if you've already been waiting a few days) I'd guess you made a typo or something when first creating the password.

Hopefully i can get it resolved dude, yea almost a week. do you think i should PM him?

I do see the thread. 

I'm actually heads down actively working on a new support ticketing system here that will greatly improve my ability to handle all of the incoming support requests.  With a bit of luck it will be out this week.   Unfortunately my ability to handle emails currently is a bit less than normal but i'll still be chugging through them when i get time.
