    rgrun, Welcome and thank you for posting in the scenario design thread.. You most likely placed an IGC towncenter.. That T.C.. doesn't age up.. There are two Towncenters.. Make sure you have the correct one placed.. At the top of the editor..Select ''Objects''..''Buildings''..Scroll down to the very bottom of the list of buildings..Select ...
