Akardion:I personally find upgrade cards quite useless in supremacy games. You only get +30% of a hussar for 3 cards! If you make 60 hussars in a game you are only getting 18 more via the cards. Thats 6 hussars per card which is fairly pointless when you are in the industrial age and can send 8 (by the time you make 60 hussars you should ...

Both HC cards and dock techs affect Canoes and caravels fishing rate (and the like) since they are ''AbstractFishingBoat'' along with normal fishing boats.

IMO, if the fan patch team had considered early, middle and late game equally important, there wouldnt be any ''treaty patch''. How hard can it be to take into account how much different units/eco can be upgraded? If they had thought ''this much should be possible and not more'', then late game would automatically been balanced too.
