Tappanhanock:ELO rating is MUCH more accurate and therefore a better way to judge the quality of a player.
I agree, but with my decay, I am currently a level 25, a 1st lt. That doesn't help me much when all of my friends are at least major+. No one wants to play against a 1st lt because their PR might drop too much if you get what I mean.

The problem is the drop trick. I get the win and the elo points, but I don't get the PR points, which I deem more valuable.

I was playing some 1v1 games and here is a list of people who drop tricked me as well as the link to the game. Is there any way to fix it so I don't get shafted out getting PR?

Russia is definitely not the best civ, especially in 1v1. Russia is a team civ, and even then it's hard to play with. They need a boost honestly, used to play them in vanilla a lot, but right now they suck. Until you get Industrial and you're Fort laming them because Russia has no good cav and sucky anti-inf. I haven't played for about a week now, and it seems there was some maintenance going on during my leave. Now that I try to play, I can't. When I press ''ES Online'' from the ''Multiplayer'' tab it brings up the ''Connecting to ESO...'' screen. Hey I just got the 60 error message. My internet provider is Charter Communications.
It took a long while to get the error might I add. I was connected for a little while before, I tried to refresh the game browser, wouldn't change (kept loading), exited, tried to get back on and got the error.
