Never mind, another restart etc. has done the trick :)

I have TWC installed, on Windows XP, and during the first stages (before the setup Wizard has started) I receive the following error message:
1670: Unable to load module E:\ISSetup.dll, Error code: 999
Is there a way of getting around this error?

SirWestOfAsh:The reason we get it earlier and cheaper is because the game is produced here and cheaper to transport than shipping it over seas i mean really. Thats like trying to get/order a book off amazon and you live in somewhere in Russia when the amazon headquarters is in the USA. So they probably charge you about 10 dollars ...

ES_Paragon: sinistre:I think the officer's ability to boot a member should be removed. I was in a clan and people started to get booted and no one knew who was causing the problem. Why not make booting clan members a power of the leader, and not officers, so if you are booted you know who is responsible and know who to ask for an explanation.
