• What of ESO?

I could be blind, but so far I haven't seen anything directed to ESO. What is going to happen to ESO once ES closes? Will pretty much online gameplay be put to a stop after this?

  • Re: Brit VS Azzies-HELP

Comin from an aztec player myself, i often see games vs brits as a freebie. however zoi is right about hussars, if the brit can cancel out my initial attack and raid my hunters or choppers with hussars then i know im in for a challenge. not saying that im a pro or anything, but seldomly am i defeated by brits, i think its a lack of knowledge of ...

  • Re: How to beat Japan with Spain

agreed, but it will be some time before we see a new patch i imagine. along with india, i think they are quite op. yes they are a harder civ to use, but in a match of even skill india comes out on top.

  • Re: aztec units

Aztec units are pretty abstract, but they are based off of other units too. Not sure if these are all right, but it's what I've always compared them too. Coyotes- Hussars (weaker than, meant to be massed) Puma- Pikeman (obviously) Jags- Halbs ERK- Dragoon Mace- Skirms Arrow Knight- Culverine/Field Gun

  • Re: Shogun=OP

They are terribly practical to send to the front lines. I normally have them chill in the back while raiding and make more units. This way they don't run around everywhere, and if they are close enough your units will still benefit from their aura. For the shogun he may be a bit OP since he can spam mortaru's right on the enemies base (nulling the ...

I would say Ashi's are pretty cost effective. The sepoy however kinda got the shaft.

  • Re: Help against Aztecs!

As an Aztec player myself, the best advice I can give you (I tend to follow this also) is to try and not play against Aztecs. I don't mean boot someone the moment they enter a room with an Aztec hc. Just don't pick fights with Aztec people

  • Re: Can anyone tell me how do do a japan shrine boom?

slap on teh bottom:make a bunch of shrines and go boooom It really is that simple... Either send the 4 shrine card, or 600 wood, set shrines to wood and start building near as many hunts as possible. I can't see a shrine boom being too effective on any maps that don't have wild herdables. Yes a brit ally with fast house building sending you ...
