Don't worry there will be a patch for the game hopefuly im waiting for it too im already getting a headache of all the new civs getting unbalanced right now

Do you have TWC installed?? and i think you need to reinstall TWC and Vanilla first before you install TAD too if you want to access those civs as well

Hey Milo, lets say that you have the original game, and TAD, would the european civs still get saloons? Its for a friend...
If you don't have TWC, you won't be able to access TWC-only features for the Europeans.
So you can't use the native embassy and the Saloon
