Well really i think it might be spain but most likely not because the 4 most OP civs to use in treaty are really I'll go in order here 1st Japan, 2nd India, 3rd France, 4th Alot of people say Russia but it could change.

That is what i do except after my incident i have to work my asian civs back up to lvl 40 which i done a bit age but deleted the civ by mistake (to put out for the record i was not looking i was helping the younger of my siblings with work) so i am getting back up with the civ but it is going kinda lsow.

Those are all the civs that many people use try them out if you like because they are really good treaty games.

Some good units to do that to are the CKN, quing pike, steppe rider, aqubiser(spelling), changdo, Meteor hammer a really great unit actually, h-morts i see people flame this unit alot when it really deserves credit it only cost one pop if FU upgraded with no hc shipments it has a attack of 8 times 16 so that is 128 now times it buy 3 if you use ...

It aien't all bad it is slightly more or alot more expensive but hey it is a uniqe unit so it has some drawl backs but if you use hc cards and fully upgrade them and such you would have a decent unit with o also the steppe rider is actually a chep calvary unit that is really good what do you think?
