no spanish have an average eco, I use the spanish eco as the median, if someoen has a worse eco than spain, they have a bad eco, better than spain means a good eco. Their mil is ansolutly awesome

ELO starts at 1600. If you win games it wil increase and if you lose games it will decrease. A PR 20 will have an elo of about 1750, and a PR 5 will have an elo of about 1500. 2000 is around about major level, though they could be much higher, or much lower.
