I believe I read somewhere on Agesanctuary that it is due for february, but that's long not final yet.
And I guess, and hope, that when it comes out, you won't be able to play with FP 1.0 any more, but you'd have to choose between ESO and FP 1.1

Yea, it can help ut eco, but it lowers the speed of your whole military (cannons/pikes/skirms/halbs/hussars/ruyters) by 10%, much better to send [bank of Amsterdam]+[bank of ...

I had the same thing, you can manually download the patch from this link: http://www.agecommunity.com/gameUpdates_xp.aspx
It worked for me, so good luck with it.

Out of sync only appears if there is something with the server I believe. So it's not somebody pulling or losing connection. It's just the 'server of your game' (or whatever it is called) If your game goes 'out of sync', all players of your game went out of sync. There has been made a fault in the calculations of the percentages of the usage of the civs. If you go to player statistics (tad) you can see the usage of the civs in percentages. But something isn't right. I'll give the percentages as they are at the moment:
Spanish: 4.95%
German: 8.5%
British: 18.47%
French: 13.5%
Portuguese: ...
