Rods are heavy infrantry, meaning they're only good vs calvary. They are a crappy unit. They're hp is nothing compared to other heavy infrantry and they have a low base attack. Spain is not UP, They're right in their with Ports and Germany.

Grenadiers are heavy infrantry. Cossacks are only one pop, but they're expensive for being one pop and they really aren't that good. They die too easily. So unless I see like a few cannons in the open or maybe pure skims with no meat shield, I won't use them. You might as well use oprichniks on those things.

I just did a 1v1 vs a comp on Deccan and got like 1805.. South Sea boosted my score pretty nicely. And that's with a mix of like half sheep half cows. If I could get to lvl 31 with a score of like 1450, who know's how far I can get with something like 1850. And I haven't even perfected it yet.

Umm yea.. Let's say you have a imperial halbedier. And you send the card that says it improves hand infrantry attack by 15%.. That pretty much just means it improves the statistics of a veteran halb by 15%. Or else they would grow expodentially.
Unless the card is like Boyars, Which upgrades guard strelets and cossacks by 15% attack and 15% ...
