• Re: OP!?

savorybeef3:the trouble with them is in team games, team instant infantry on andes is huge advantage if the other team doesnt also have a russia. also with the opri first attack they are automatically gaurenteed map control and if they were a good russian will easily keep that map control. and with op siege units its just a matter of time ...

  • Re: Germany Pop

For treaty, what I usually do is... You should have about 40-50 settlers gathering wood. Simply leave the majority of them outside in the middle of all the danger. The moment the treaty ends, have every wood group start building barracks and such near the trees they're chopping, simply to help with map dominance. If any happen to be near ...

  • Re: 10 organs 5 ronin @ 11.30 mins FLAT??

But you're fighting a freaking computer. A MODERATE difficulty computer. It doesn't matter if you can manage 9:42 against a sucky computer. The reality is that if you're fighting a human player, they're going to attack you before the 10 minute mark, either raiding or full-on attacking. You've gotta have an army built to combat theirs, and slipping ...

  • Re: Combating India's 10/10??

Well hell, now I feel pathetic knowing I'm playing one of the two civilizations that can do it, and I can't do it. xD Well here's what I've generally been doing: -First card shipped is two settler wagons.-Second card is saved until the second age, and used on nine xbows. -My settlerwagons pretty much stay on food, but I ...

  • Combating India's 10/10??

I REALLY hate simply admitting defeat to a strategy, so instead of just avoiding india like I should, I find myself playing again and again against them to try and overcome the strategy. Last time I got close, but simply couldn't pull it off. So I have to ask, does anyone have any tips as to how to overcome India with the Germans or the ...

  • Re: German Mirror

I did that last week. And wow, we were really locked with each other. I advanced on him, but it was slow as hell. I did have a spy ahead to see what he was sending, but that didn't really help much, mainly because he'd simply make Skirms, and I'd make Uhlans, then he'd make doppels, then I'd make skirms, then he'd make Uhlans, then I'd make War ...

BuZz_D:well everyone keeps saying japan is op. and the reality is that 1 civ can beat them rather easily. its sioux. soooooooooooo stop being morons! this isnt about op eco. what good are all the resources if the army is crap? all the good eco civs have crap units or the decent ones take up too much pop(germany ww, ...

  • Re: 2v2 nr40 treaty tournament

White_IrishKing:it is pretty ridiculous about all the civs ppl claim are OP now I honestly have only ever had issues with Japan or India. I agree that Russia, France, Germany, and Britain are strong and have a nice bonus to them, but I wouldn't label a single one of those as overpowered. For me, Russia is just tiring, but if you survive the ...

  • Re: What a wonderful community we have on ESO online....

Marlonsm:any game with multiplayer has problems like that. and I've heard that ESO is good comparing to other communities. because mad buys who break rules and stuff, usually don't play strategy games, they play shooters. Yeah but the guys on the shooters just yell the F-word like crazy and they can't think of any a-hole way to get back ...

  • What a wonderful community we have on ESO online....

I have to say, though this game is loads of fun and a good opponent always makes for an interesting game, the community kinda....sucks ass?? The first issue that always comes up, the maps. Perhaps it's just me, but I'm sick of playing on Prairie or Deccan and all those repeating maps, simply because the guy that made the room knows he has ...
