I'm not really sure about how it works, but I think that if you're between PR26 and 35, every 2 weeks without rated games, you'll lose 1PR. If you're PR 36 or more, you'll lose 1 PR for every week with ...

I imagine that their is a tool inplace which expires the account if it has not been used after a certain time frame.
How long is this time frame before the account gets exhausted?
