I once played a deathmatch game that lasted more than 3 hours, but that was due to a rather cheap use of spies and my hot air balloon and explorer.
I didn't just hide my spies and go AFK like most people would, but I actively tried to find opportunities to do sneak attacks against my (two) enemies.
It didn't pay off as I eventually ended up ...

I tried port forwarding, completely shutting off my antivirus, changing my IP, reinstalling the game, and all of the other commonly prescribed methods. None of them worked. The only thing that DID work for me was getting a new router, after which almost no join attempts failed.
It may have to do with not how old your router is but the type.

Sending the ''Reformist Tsar'' card will allow you to train 9 (I think) ''Kalmucks'' (Actually guard dragoons).

As fair as I know, gameplay-wise, Pirates, TheCircle, NativeAmerican, and SPCCompany are identical to the British civ. The only difference is the flags and lack of most unit speech. SPCAct1 and SPCAct2 can't be played as you get an error when loading their HC or trying to start a game with them.

Wrong, even if you beat Augustiello (which you won't... he likes to droptrick/OOS) he won't give you the civ. He's just there to noob-bash. Look at musketeer925's thread on how to unlock it.
