I don't think they should make a new expansion pack and they won't. Corporations are forbidded from doing anything that will not create money, an expansion pack I believe would not make enough revenue. I don't think there are any plans for it as of yet. Robot Entertainment are working on a secret project though which is very exciting - could be Age of Empires 4. Go to their website google Robot Entertainment and check it out, since they are the company that run all Age of Empires enterprises now! :D
