If you are playing aoe3 (nilla-without expansions) the card does not exists for Spain as it was introduced in the expansions.
If you are on nilla, Spain is considered the worst team civ in the game.

Good players can play all civs well and at lower levels it has less to do with civs and is more about luck. I suggest you start with one civ and stick with it and try to improve. Go for German if you like but I think French are the best starting civ.

Doppels are a fun unit to mess around with in team and you can make them (if you have good enough macro) say if your mate does Abus for an almost unbeatable combo.
But for serious games they have four major weaknesses. First they train quite slow. Second they deplete your coin mines exceptionally fast, third they lose very hard ...

Ya Since your ranged cav (cav archers) are absolutely terrible you have no chance in this MU. Jans will beat Cuirassier cost effectively but you will have a hard time countering his unit combo and it will be near impossible to chase him with Jans, and Goons also **** Otto very hard because you have no real counter to goons.

Actually Abus do quite poorly to Goons/Cav Archer because they have a negative multiplier against them which brings down their damage from 40-20.
If you pit a jan vs goon and an abus vs goon the Jan will actually do better.
