German will use horse wagon and culvs/cannons and some w/e ranged inf.
Germany uses horse wagon to protect cannon - if i run in with sams and hams the horse wagon is mircoed out of danger.
If i rush cannon with calv - horse wagon kills my calv.

Well dutch do well vs otto/russia/azteck/india/sioux when you play nr55,and the do oke vs spain. But vs brits, france, china you might aswell delete your own stuff to save time.

Although i have a few questions:
1 is the dutch bank boosts in addition to the banks you get from those upgrades?
2 And did you remove the age 3--->age4 villager bonus with age ups with china?

Yeah its a bug on onorico, it doesnt happen when there are tupi instead of carib on the map.
But not to manny people play dutch in 55 games, and few of them use the carib card with dutch(Although its a good card). So the problem kinda goes unnoticed.
I suggest making multiple decks with dutch, so you dont waist a card.
