Simple answer is: get it.
More civs, maps, campaigns, games online.
I think there are at least 3 possibilites
1. Get only TWC
2. Get TWC and TAD
3. Get TAD only
If money removed possibility of 2 then I would choose 3 any time of the day. See link to thread in post above about number of TWC vs TAD players.

I''m speaking from my experience I did not see much difference after installing TWC as far as number of available games were corncerned compared to pure TAD install.

having vanilla and just TAD to play TAD is complete bullshit. you need TWC added to your eso account and have it installed for the TWC content on TAD.
if not, have fun only seeing 1 or 2 games

If you already have TAD or plan to have TAD I would not recommend it if you enjoy pure play rather diversity of diffirent civilizations. I had TAD before and now have TWC as well and still hosts game without TWC since don't like playing against natives.
The only reason I got it becouse I wanted to have bigger available pool of potential players. ...

@artisticcheese- is pointless to do this in a 10min treaty. Its better to boom and hit 6 banks in a 10min treaty.
2 extra banks come from unique Church tech or 2 extra banks cards?

I get all that by 8:51 and that's on bare-bones Sonora.
Can somebody verify if this strategy in fact works? There are reasons for both and against it. So if I play 10 min treaty will this strategy or standard 3 bank FF will work better?
