but in eso multiplayer faq's it says the how many points you earn depends on the civ tier and hc level
so if i play with iroquis with a low level hc i will earn more PR

i guess if i play using low level i would get more PR when i win and loose less PR when i lose. isnt it right?

i have reached a home city level to 96 with indians. i want to create a new low level home city say 40 or 20 how can i do that.

the port which is open on my router i start the game on that port. the drop screen should come when the game is in progress. after the game has ended there is no drop screen.

do i need to forward some more ports apart from the port i am running the game on.

my eso name is tahska. its not always i get a loss, sometimes if the game lasts say 5-6 min (like the opponent resigns) and i return back to my eso home page (if i am lucky) then i get a correct point.
so basically if i return back safely to my eso page after the game then i get a correct point else i get a loss.

whenever i finish a game on eso, win or lose. and i click on the quit button i get the message you have lost your connection to eso and i come back to the main menu.
sometimes it just gets stuck on the loading home cities for sometime and then the same error comes and i am back to main menu.
this happenes almost all the time. and my game wins ...
