I have the exact same issue. Is there a log file or whatever where I can get a clue about the problem?

None of that works. The Account Tool doesn't recognize me. The error message isn't very specific, it gives me no idea of what to do next :( So for now, no Age3 online for me.
No other ideas? Who could possibly help me with this?

it's ok to idle a bit with the portuguese. you'll get a new town center anyway, and if you manage to age up to fortress age soon after receiving both resource crates, you're a winner.
Some people prefer 700 wood instead of 700 food because wood gathers slower, and you're already heavy on food gathering because you have 2 town centers to run.

I'm trying to create a new account to play Age3 online, but upon creating the account I get the error message ''Failed to create account''.
I have Age3, TWC and TAD installed, but not updated to the latest patch.
I tried this using the Age3 executable (not age3x.exe nor age3y.exe).
