  • Robot customer support: above average?

    Finally! Resolution. All in all a great learning experience. The guys at RE do try. They listen, evaluate and make decisions. Not always right. But they can re-evaluate and compromise. Good stuff. They have re-established my faith in this product and company. I may even go out and purchase HALO WARS..... &nbsp;

    here is the question : Are the fan patch games put in the same ranking system as the RE patch games &nbsp; in other words If i play fan patch which has mod units and I win...does that&nbsp; win go into stats that are compared to normal RE games... &nbsp;if so then there is an unfair balance and therefor the Fan patch is illegal

    two things: 1. RE woint tel lyou how they gather the data 2. you CAN get banned even if its not you &nbsp; that is what many of us have just experienced. its scary because RE doesn't know what they are doing.

    you know....myself, celtic and hollmoo7 have a very extensive and well established persona on AOE3 we have been playing for years and those that play compete with us and against us know that we don't cheat.
