Well an interesting turn of events - what Aloysius states above is correct there appears to be 2 or 3 adresses but very similar, when you get a response from AOE3 ( yes I finally did) their e mail address differs from the one that Aloysius states as it has capital letters in it.
If you use all lower case as per Aloysius they responded ...

Hi thanks but dont you need your password to use the EOS Acount Management Tool? I had forgotten my PW and needed it resetting, and I am still waiting 8 days later for a new password please correct me if im wrong?
