no but you can try out numbers like 10. You'll definitly see a 10 maxrange. And after that you can edit it to your true value

you could try using regedit.exe and search for this Registry Key folder where AOE3 should be located. I'd delete then the ''Age of Empires III'' folder (and also the Expansions)

the problem is your operator (==) which means equal to. If you make a double kill the condition wont be true anymore. Therefore i recommend >=.
Also you could use QV Modify + 1 instead of QV set stat value (it's more precise as it doesnt skip values when having multi-kills but my second suggestion is just optional
