Its impossible to win vs an otto player with russians...
Otto's age faster, have better eco early game and much stronger units.
So to prevent otto's from ffing I try to slow him down with a rush. But if he is indeed ffing, its impossible to do major damage except killing a house or 2... but thats just a ...

So I've been playing a lot of vanilla and I was wondering how balanced the expansions are in multiplayer. Also, is there a detailed list of changes with each expansion? Like new cards for each civ... new abilities... altered training points etc?
What expansion is a must to have? TAD or TWC or both?
